Guest satisfaction is our number one priority, if for some reason we missed the mark and you are not fully satisfied with your results please contact us within seven (7) days of the initial appointment and we will schedule appropriate adjustments to be made free of charge. This policy does not cover any situation where you may have changed your mind. Due to the nature of the services we provide we do not offer refunds.
Our time is valuable and we understand life happens. We accept cancellations up to 24 hours prior to appointment scheduled. If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will be charged 50% of your services scheduled. If you are running late, please let the salon know via text/email, we will always try to accommodate but if you are more than 10 minutes late appropriate adjustments to scheduled services will be made or reservation will need to be rescheduled. No Call/Show appointments will be charged 50% of services scheduled and you will be required to pay a deposit to be scheduled in the future.
